Belinda Shao, MD, MPH
Biography
Belinda Shao, MD, MPH, is a neurosurgery resident at Brown Neurosurgery. She is an aspiring pediatric neurosurgeon, with clinical interests in the full realm of pediatric neurosurgery including fetal myelomeningocele repair, spinal dysraphism, Chiari Malformation, epilepsy and functional disease, hydrocephalus, endoscopic approaches, and pediatric brain tumors. Her research interests include all of the above as well as topics in global neurosurgery and healthcare disparities. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with her husband and toddler.
